It can be simple and easy to update your home furniture office interiors to reflect the changing seasons while keeping it very professional. A few small changes can be enough to alter the appearance of an entire room, and many families have sets of drapes and furniture covers that allow them to quickly change the feel of a room as the seasons change.

This has been a tradition in European countries especially where the seasons are most distinct. However, you don't have to purchase and maintain entire sets of accessories for each season to accomplish the same thing. Rather, you can keep all of your furniture basics the same and simply change their arrangement and some of the accessories like cushions, rugs and flowers. This is a more cost-effective approach to seasonal decorating which saves time as well. It's also a great way to keep up with the ever changing trends in interior design, as you can simply add a new accessory to reflect the latest color or design themes.

In today's challenging economy, it's good to have the broadest view possible in a job search. For example, a neighbor of mine loves teaching and wanted to stay in this domain…she found a job teaching English classes at a company with many non-native English speakers…meanwhile, she's working on getting an ESL teaching certificate. She found this job when she cast a wider net for teaching prospects. A friend of mine wanted a job in the design industry and was having a hard time. I wanted to help her and did some research, considering a broader view of the design industry, including positions such as sales representatives. I came across Empire Today Careers and told her about it. She's interviewing and is very excited about it. Her parents had used Empire Today a few years ago and had a good experience, so she's happy with the prospect, and it's still within her domain, just a different aspect than where she was looking. So for anyone who's looking for employment, here's to "designing" a broader job search within a domain of interest!

Hilton Hotels & Resorts is unveiling a new brand design concept for its flag brand of hotels, making it the latest upscale, full-service chain to adopt a modern and streamlined appearance that provides more technology options for road warriors. Hilton hotels hopes to provide individuals with home furniture office atmosphere that is professional. The new design elements will be phased into now or renovated Hilton hotels over the next three to five years, and will affect about 40% of all company properties.

Hilton has spent $40 million to build a prototype at Hilton McLean Tysons Corner, next to company headquarters, but other properties will incorporate local themes and culture in their own designs. New features include a clean look in bedrooms and bathrooms, and room furniture upgrades to reflect a "clean and timeless" look. These upgrades include modern furniture, local art and fewer colors. In hopes of generating more food and beverage sales, Hilton is also converting the lobby to a more social space where customers can hold meetings or hang out after work.
